Solutions / Company all-hands and town halls

You're in marcom or HR, and your all-hands is coming up.

We produce your company all-hands on Zoom from start to finish, whether it is a quarterly all-hands, a virtual town hall or a leadership update. Your leadership brings the message, we run everything else, so you just show up.

A company all-hands on Zoom: the CEO speaking, with many employees joining from video tiles

Picture the day

Your CEO opens right on time. Employees join from their tiles across the company, the way they would for a virtual town hall. Questions come in, and the best ones reach your CEO. Polls go out the moment your host asks for them.

Behind the scenes, our producer runs the show and stays in a backstage chat with your team the whole hour. You get to watch your all-hands like everyone else.

Every month or every quarter?

Book 6 all-hands a year on an annual plan and pay about 10% less per all-hands. Quarterly all-hands production stays consistent: one plan, and every date is set up the same way.

Questions marcom and HR teams ask us

How long is a typical all-hands?

Usually about an hour, whether it is a company meeting or an employee town hall. If you need more time on the day, your producer stays on for an extra live hour.

Do we need our own Zoom license?

Yes. We produce Zoom all-hands and virtual town halls on your company's Zoom account, and Zoom licenses are not included. Not sure which license fits your audience? We'll go over it on the planning call.

Can employees ask questions live?

Yes. We set up Q&A and polls, bring the questions to your speakers, and send you the Q&A and poll results afterwards.

Can part of the company be in the room?

Yes. With a hybrid setup, the people in the room and everyone at home are part of the same all-hands. We can direct local AV teams.

What do we get after the all-hands?

A cloud recording and a VOD link, an attendance and registration report, the Q&A and poll results, and a follow-up email to everyone who registered.

Tell us about your all-hands

The date, how many people and who's speaking. A company all-hands, a virtual town hall or a leadership update: we'll come back with a quote and a production plan.
