Welcome to get.events (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and the services provided by get.events (“we,” “us,” or “our”).   • Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove any event listing or content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Transaction Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information.

  • Service Fees: We may charge service fees for the use of our platform. These fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase or registration.

  • Pricing: All prices are set by the event organizers. We are not responsible for pricing errors or changes made by organizers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Organizer Policy: Each event may have its own refund and cancellation policy as determined by the organizer. It is your responsibility to review these policies before making a purchase.

  • Israeli Consumer Protection Law: For transactions subject to Israeli law, cancellations of remote sales transactions (such as online ticket purchases) are generally permitted within 14 days of the transaction, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 days (non-rest days) before the event.

  • Platform Role: get.events acts as an intermediary. Refund requests should be directed to the event organizer unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The Website, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of get.events and its licensors.

  • User License: By posting content on the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the services.

  • Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, get.events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or attendance at any event.
