Our team of event specialists runs it end to end. We are a global team of Zoom Events production specialists, working in TV and pay TV technology since 2000, an official Zoom Partner, and listed by Zoom as an Event Industry Specialist, with over 15 years of experience in TV broadcast, news and large-scale conference video production.

How do I reach you during the event?
Message us on WhatsApp. Our 24/7 hotline is the same number you see on this page, and an operator is standing by on chat as well for WhatsApp event support.
Do we need training first?
No. Standby works on its own. If your team is new to Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events, we also offer hands-on training on your own account.
Can you jump in and run the live hour?
Yes. Ask us for in-event production support, and one of our producers runs the live event alongside your team.
Is someone available around the clock?
Yes. The hotline on WhatsApp is 24/7, and during the live hour a Zoom Events operator is on call.
What's the difference from white-glove production?
With standby, you run the event and we are on call. With white-glove, our team produces it from start to finish.
